  If I could give this company lower than one star I would. I ordered 3 barbershop vests from Saxon Uniform and was charged for 4. I was just told by Maryann that YOU have to call your bank to figure it out. Ok, so then I ask for the confirmation code of the refund, She DOES NOT HAVE it to give to me. Since she told me her "manager" did the refund, I asked to speak with the Manager. I receive the good old "He's Not Available". Mind you it's 2:30pm in the afternoon. So, I ask,, "Will he call me before 5Pm today." Stunningly, She responds, "I don't know". You take my money and don't want to give it back - yet you don't want to help me. Nice!

  The customer service rep I worked with was incredibly helpful and patient, and our company was thrilled with the quality of the jackets...we get lots of compliments on them. Happy I found them. Will definitely reorder.
